My Inadequate Worship
What can I say to Him that has not already been said? At times I found my worship to be inadequate yet there in it is glory, otherwise why would he require it. True He even demand praise from the mouth of babes. “From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.” –Psalm 8:2
How about you? Have you ever felt your worship is Insufficient?
Here is one of the moments I found my praise and worship to be insufficient. Feel free to share your thoughts….

Inadequate in Giving God worship
The pain of my human limitation has finally dawned on me, or should I say, my mind is now capable of perceiving it. My inadequacy was revealed to me in worship. It occurred to me that no matter how hard I try, I can never give my God the glory that is “due” Him. I’m not capable or able to give him what He truly deserves. The thought that He is the Lord of all existence itself makes me tremble.
Before time, He was able to acquire everything He needed and wanted. By His mighty hand, He brought honor to himself; so what can I give him? He has created me, and as His creation, I can’t understand Him. Even now, in my inability to fathom, articulate and understand the things of God, He considers this mystery worship. Hum…Nicely phrased by Paul in Roman 11:33, “Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!”
My mediation is an endless pit of thoughts without depth. It shatters me. But yet, in this brokenness, He’s receiving glory because it is His inconceivable nature that causes me to be speechless. And this is worship to Him at its inception. That’s the depth of my God. Glory Be His Name!
